Hello Spring Dreamers! The guided meditation practice for the Spring Renewal Collection is designed to help individuals connect with the energy of spring, align their mind, body, and spirit for optimal skin health, and also to cultivate a feeling of love and compassion towards themselves.


The meditation begins by finding a comfortable seated position, closing your eyes, and taking a deep breath. As you exhale, imagine any tension or stress in your body melting away. Pause for a moment and direct love towards yourself, appreciating the efforts you put in to prioritize self-care.


Next, bring your attention to your skin. Imagine a warm, gentle light surrounding your skin, nourishing and rejuvenating every cell. As you breathe in, imagine this light becoming brighter and brighter, filling your entire body with healing energy. Envision your skin brimming with the same love and kindness that you wholeheartedly extend toward yourself.


As you continue to breathe deeply and focus on your skin, imagine yourself surrounded by the colors and scents of spring. See the vibrant green of new growth, the delicate pink of cherry blossoms, and the sweet scent of blooming flowers. Imagine that this energy of renewal is flowing into your body, healing and rejuvenating your skin.





As the meditation comes to a close, take a deep breath in and when you exhale, let go of any remaining tension or stress. Take a moment to send love and compassion to yourself for taking the time to care for yourself. When you are ready, open your eyes, feeling refreshed, renewed, and equipped with self-love and compassion Feel prepared to embrace the day with a positive mindset.


This guided meditation can be practiced daily for a few minutes in the morning or evening, or whenever you feel the need for some self-care, rejuvenation, and nurturing of your inner being.
