To help reduce odor and remove toxins. Just mix the clay with one part organic apple cider vinegar and one part water until it forms a paste that can easily be spread (do not use a metal bowl or utensils). Keep on for about 10-15 minutes and loosen the mask off by rubbing it with warm water in a circular motion. Then, rinse it off delicately. Pat dry and finish with this natural deodorant! If you're just switching to a natural deodorant, try the armpit detox up to three times a week as needed. As toxins are removed, you'll be able to do fewer detoxes and then none at all.
